Context
At Worten, a leading retailer in Portugal, I was part of the UX team responsible for improving and maintaining all digital platforms — including the marketplace, B2B/SaaS Platform (Seller Center), and mobile app. As each team member contributed across multiple projects, I was involved in a wide range of initiatives, aligning business goals and stakeholder expectations with UX/UI best practices to deliver impactful user experiences and support the company’s growth.
My time at Worten was a period of significant professional growth. I took on a leadership role in several key marketplace projects, including initiatives for product cross-selling and customer management. I also contributed to improving the Seller Center (SaaS platform) and the Worten App. In addition, I played an active role in enhancing the Design System and creating reusable components to ensure consistency across platforms. Throughout all projects, I conducted and contributed to UX research efforts, helping to ground design decisions in real user needs. This experience strengthened my skills in strategic thinking, collaboration, and end-to-end UX/UI design in a large, fast-paced environment.
