The goal was to improve and maintain all Worten platforms: the marketplace, B2B/SaaS internal tool (Seller Center) and mobile APP. As Worten is a leading and well-established company in Portugal, the main challenge was to align the diverse business objectives and stakeholder expectations with UX/UI best practices to deliver an outstanding user experience while driving company growth and profitability.

I led the product cross-selling project—one of high impact and visibility, as it directly contributes to increasing Worten’s revenue.

The project spans multiple user journey touchpoints, from the product page to the shopping cart. It involved extensive research, wireframing, testing, and selecting the best solutions based on stakeholder input and compatibility with other ongoing initiatives, such as discount coupon features.

Some features have already been implemented, while others are planned for future releases, depending on team priorities and development capacity.
