Context
OCTO is a startup company that sells Stand Up Paddle (SUP) products and advises on the development of projects related to the sport.
During my work as a designer at OCTO, one of my tasks was to develop sustainable accessories for SUP riders, as well as developing the company's website and app. However, it wasn't possible to complete the design of the website and app, only the research phase.
A few years on, I will continue the digital project - as a freelance designer - to complete the website and APP to its final prototyping stage.
Problem
The company is facing competition from more stable companies in the sector. In the context of the client's briefing, this project will be divided into 3 main phases:
1) Creating a website - to publicize the company's services, but having in mind to become an e-commerce in the future.
2) Transforming the site into a small e-commerce - to sell products related to SUP sports.
3) Creating an android APP - this application will allow the user to control the features of the night SUP board created by Octo.

Conclusion
The project is still ongoing, so the Solution and Results will be presented in the next phases.
Following my Project Guide, the next phases are Exploration and Materialization, where I will:
Create the website's information architecture and user flow.
Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
Create the project's design system, to be used in the APP in the future.
Testing users to see how they interact with the site and to check that the site is intuitive.
Implement the site with the developers.
