Context

The company is focused on data-based analysis of the real estate market in Portugal and Spain. The website is almost new, created in 2006. The target of BQuarto is mostly students and young professionals. The company has a very good proposition, different from the current market, as it focuses mainly on renting out rooms - a property that has been in increasing demand in Europe recently.

Problem

The company suffers from competition from more stable companies in the real estate market.
The website lacks a good UX and UI, and it doesn't have an app. An app would make navigation easier for users and give BQuarto a real boost compared to its competitors. The client's brief was to create an APP with a modern layout and a new branding proposal for the company, in order to apply it to the website in the next stage.

Results and Conclusions

The low and high fidelity prototypes were presented to the client, whom was satisfied with the results. Unfortunately, this project does not include the user testing phase, which was a request from the client due to time and budget. But, as a UX/UI Designer, I warned him that this is a crucial part of the project that has to be done before implementing the app, which could save financial resources and project time.
